Our
experience in different sectors, enables us to provide our
services in any industrial area, managing any material that
requires integral traceability.
Engineering:
1. Calculation and development on screwed on joints for the automotive and Aeolian sectors as well as the civil engineering and equipment goods ones, etc.
For the calculations of the joints, TSF's engineering department has a powerful tool of simulation throungh finite elements. The used program is the prestigious MSC.MARC.
2. The solution is presented to the client using our designs and machining geometries as well as certifications of the joints by official institutions.
3. Development of own products based in different patents
- Shear bolt. Shear bolt of variable diameter combined with a bushing for application which must withstand shear loads.
- StrechHold. Solution to guarantee preload with great precision.
- TSF security nut and bolt. Nuts and bolts which have the feature of tamper-proof and also they can be disassemble and they are indestructible.
- Removable system to divide windturbine blades into sectors. The solution consists in separating the blades into two parts and then reassembling with special joint elements, therefore facilitating the manufacturing, transport, assembly and disassembly.
Automotive:
TSF
has a vast stock of welding nuts and safety nuts form the
different car manufacturers: VW, Ford, Opel, Renault, PSA,
Nissan, Seat, Volvo, Mercedes, Audi… and other kind
of fasteners under customer´s request.
All these materials have been manufactured either under
ISO-TS/16949 requirements, or following specific norms form
car manufacturers: QS, VDA, EAQF, and validated in internal
laboratory, accredited A2LA.
Our
large levels of stock enable us to give an immediate response
to our clients needs.
Renewables Energies:
We supply kits of different fasteners for the different
stages of assembly, with total traceability.
We supply fasteners ranging from Metric-2, cold stamped,
hot stamped and mechanized, depending on the size and characteristics
of the pieces. We also supply other kinds of fasteners under
customer´s requirements.
All the elements have been manufactured under the standards
ISO of production, fulfilling generically the norms ISO898/1
and ISO898/2 and the specifications agreed with the customer.
All the products are validated by accredited laboratories
either external or internal.
Others:
Thanks to the tools at our disposal, and to our experience
in successfully applying them in the automotive and Aeolian
sectors, we are able to render our services in fasteners
and other products manufactured under client´s requirements,
based on integral traceability, to any other industrial
sector that requires such requisits or wants to incorporate
them, using the advantages that our activity offers.
